Returns & Exchanges

At Aquafun, we want you to love your summer style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please ensure that all swimwear still has the hygienic liner in place to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
